Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your photography course enrollment. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund according to the following terms:
Course Cancellation
You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of registration for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started. After the course begins, refunds are prorated based on the number of classes attended.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your enrollment information
- State the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for processing
Partial Refunds
If you have attended some classes but wish to withdraw, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on:
- Number of classes completed
- Course materials provided
- Time remaining in the course
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Course materials that have been used or damaged
- One-time workshop fees after attendance
- Processing fees
